Key Duties:
- Assess patient health needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions, documenting changes and responding to emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families and patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to all hospital safety policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
