Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care and assessments according to established clinical protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient health information, vital signs, and changes in condition promptly in the EHR system.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report any urgent medical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment for patients and staff.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
