Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced RN to assess patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care plans within a dynamic healthcare setting. If you are passionate about nursing and want to work with a forward-thinking team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to all infection control and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
