Responsibilities
- Monitor Patient Health: Observe and report changes in patient condition, vital signs, and overall well-being to the nursing staff.
- Assist with Daily Living: Provide essential support with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility for patients of all ages.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting medications and care provided.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the medical team to ensure cohesive care.
- Infection Control: Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and safety standards to prevent the spread of infection.
- Administer Care: Assist with basic medical procedures and treatment plans under the supervision of registered nurses.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; CNA Certification preferred but willing to train entry-level candidates.
- Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift patients as needed.

- License: Current state licensure for CNA roles (if applicable).
