Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the nursing team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support to promote recovery.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
