Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care via telehealth platforms and remote monitoring.
- Assess patient symptoms, update medical records in EHR systems, and coordinate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following strict protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response procedures as required.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN License in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting (Home Health or Telehealth preferred).
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telemedicine software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and empathy.
