About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated professionals to provide high-quality patient care across various departments. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing supervisor or physician immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document patient care activities, including charting in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State (NYS).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and documentation systems.
