Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, following all safety protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
- Document clinical data and patient outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) with precision.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education to promote health literacy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Washington.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Experience in a clinical setting with a strong understanding of patient safety.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
