Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare staff to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Respond promptly to clinical changes and emergency situations.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible part-time shifts, including nights and weekends.
