Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical information accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, wellness, and home healthcare management.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
