Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide clear education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Document all patient interactions and clinical findings accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Current, active North Carolina RN license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
