Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care under the supervision of physicians and charge nurses.
- Perform accurate patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and code blue events.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
