Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and assessment.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies in the unit.
- Monitor patient progress and report significant changes to nursing leadership.
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the State of Washington.
- BSN preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
