Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to therapy, alerting physicians of any changes.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately and timely.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a sterile and safe clinical environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to the highest standards of patient safety and ethical practice.
