Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Monitor vital signs and patient status continuously, reporting any deviations immediately to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of patient records and clinical interactions.
- Provide comprehensive education to patients and families regarding health conditions, procedures, and discharge plans.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (Telehealth experience a plus).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while maintaining high standards of care.
