Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through history taking, physical examination, and analysis of diagnostic data.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive nursing care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion.
- Monitor and record patient symptoms, changes in condition, and responses to treatment.
- Respond to emergencies and provide high-quality critical care when needed.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN License in the State of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
