Responsibilities
- Provide direct and compassionate patient care, monitoring health status and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates welcome with relevant clinicals).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
