Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations

Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree or associate degree with 2+ years of clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven expertise in patient assessment and medication administration
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) proficiency
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
