Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with the facility's standards and state regulations.
- Perform accurate and timely patient assessments, developing and updating individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, strictly adhering to safety protocols and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Monitor patient vitals and conditions, intervening immediately in emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and patient charts.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Oklahoma.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required for certain units.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
