Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and clinical assessments in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses for adverse effects.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient charts, medical records, and shift reports.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and utilize critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel to various facilities within the Mesa area as assigned.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number required.
