Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Document care progress and maintain detailed client records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care plans

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional home health aide experience
- Current Louisiana HHA certification and CPR/First Aid
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly/disabled clients
- Background check and drug test clearance required
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
