Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare protocols and prescriptions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and home care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
