Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patients/families to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care plans.
- Adapt quickly to new clinical settings and diverse patient populations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Flexibility to start immediately (Start Tomorrow).
