Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing comprehensive physical examinations and taking accurate medical histories.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and clinical goals.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, making timely adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions in the electronic health record (EHR) accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Current, unlicensed Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (Graduate of an accredited nursing program considered).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work under pressure in high-volume settings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.
