Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and progress by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment home care and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Missouri.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
