Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and clinical support in a dynamic environment.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status, documenting changes and reporting critical findings.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication adherence.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome).
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality of care.
