Responsibilities
- Assess patient health history and physical condition to identify nursing care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and report changes in condition immediately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and home care.
- Document patient care services accurately and in compliance with hospital standards.
- Respond to emergency situations with calmness and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN License issued by the State of Oklahoma.
- CPR/BLS Certification (ACLS preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards.
