Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to medical protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to ensure holistic care.
- Document patient outcomes and maintain accurate electronic health records.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in accordance with hospital standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required (CPR certification).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
