As a Weekend RN, you'll work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p) every weekend with guaranteed premium pay. Experience cutting-edge technology, diverse patient populations, and a supportive culture that prioritizes work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations across multiple specialties
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and hospital safety regulations
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as required
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state)
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- 2+ years acute care nursing experience preferred
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
