Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and case managers
- Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to emergent situations
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Mentor new staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure patient safety and infection control protocols are rigorously followed
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license in good standing
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with relevant experience considered
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
