Responsibilities
- Assess patient health conditions, administer medications, and document care plans accurately.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status or emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education and support to families during the weekend shift.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (NCLEX required).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-functioning weekend team.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
