Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings with telehealth integration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize advanced EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient monitoring
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and state nursing regulations

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic or Cerner preferred)
