Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical assessments during weekend shifts.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Accurately document patient vitals, medical history, and care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain a safe and clean patient environment.
- Respond quickly to medical emergencies and patient requests.
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient consultations when applicable.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN license in Tennessee.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
