Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care settings, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations accurately in EMR systems
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Texas (or compact license)
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing with 2+ years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC/PALS preferred
- Strong clinical skills in med-surg, telemetry, or ICU settings
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends
