Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care, ER, or specialty units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Current CA RN license (unrestricted)
- BSN or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility for multiple facility assignments
