Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing standards and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any significant changes in condition to the healthcare team immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other staff to develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
