Responsibilities

  • Patient Care & Assessment: Conduct thorough health assessments and monitor patient status to detect changes and intervene appropriately.
  • Medication Management: Accurately administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established hospital protocols.
  • Care Planning: Develop, implement, and revise individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
