Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions, responding swiftly to any changes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and health maintenance.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
