Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assessment utilizing the nursing process.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care support.
- Teach patients and families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome with training).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Computer literacy and EMR experience.
