Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to critical changes in condition.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, safe patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
