Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital standards and nursing protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for adverse reactions and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas (BON).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome with residency program).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
