Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures with precision
- Document patient data accurately in our advanced EHR system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Lead patient education initiatives focusing on chronic disease management and preventive care
- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure regulatory compliance at all times
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Washington RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required (MSN or DNP preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (ER/ICU preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications mandatory
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and telehealth technologies
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Valid Washington driver's license for potential travel assignments
