Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned specialty unit (ER/ICU/OR)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on treatment plans
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols and infection control
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active GA RN license (Compact license accepted)
- BSN preferred, ADN required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Electronic medical record proficiency
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts/nights
