Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via secure telehealth platforms and video conferencing.
- Provide accurate medical triage, symptom evaluation, and appropriate treatment recommendations.
- Document patient interactions, assessments, and care plans accurately in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, medication management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or telehealth setting.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and empathy in high-stress situations.
