Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Utilize advanced EMR systems for accurate documentation and clinical decision-making
- Mentor nursing students and new staff through our robust preceptorship program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization

Qualifications
- Current Minnesota RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience in telemetry or oncology preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
