Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Monitor patient conditions using advanced monitoring systems and critical thinking
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license (or compact license with ability to obtain Colorado license)
- BSN degree required; MSN or specialty certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS/NRP preferred for specialty units
- Proven expertise in electronic health record systems (EPIC preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration
