Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, Oncology)
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and patient education
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (Epic systems)
- Mentor nursing students and junior staff members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Valid NYS RN license (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (maintained)
- Expertise in patient assessment protocols
