Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in our advanced acute care units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize cutting-edge EMR systems for accurate documentation and care coordination
- Mentor junior staff and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives
- Adhere to Joint Commission standards and regulatory compliance protocols

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN)
- BSN degree with preference for MSN or higher
- 3+ years acute care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong leadership and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
