Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor vital signs and patient status to ensure safety and recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical care situations.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ASN, BSN, or MSN preferred).
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
