Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following strict protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on real-time observations.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and disease management.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Arizona RN License (or compact license).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred).
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
